We were discharged from the hospital exactly 48 hours after Oliver was born so the pictures taken above were taken around 9pm at night. Oliver hadn’t really sat up much to this point so after we got him in the car seat he looked so different. His cheeks were so chubby and gravity was pulling them down. We had a lot of stuff to get home & thankfully we had help packing up our car. So all that was left to do was to get Oliver home to his own room. When we got home – to our surprise my sister, Abby had decorated our condo with balloons & flowers & there was a big welcome home Oliver sign to greet us. She has really been amazing during this time for us. She set it up so that we will have dinners for the next couple weeks brought over so we won’t have to cook & she was the main point of contact for my side of the family & friends throughout the labor & delivery of Oliver. It’s really nice to have such a great little sis :)

Awww… Jo-Nathan, you are so sweet and I am lucky to have you as a bro and little Oliver as my new nephew!
Jensen, my younger sister, has always said great things about Abby. Everyone should have a sister like that.
